I just got a MacBook for Christmas, I've been using OS X Yosemite and up until now everything has been working perfectly.
![]() Can't Open Photos On Mac
I tried to import some photos from a recent trip I took, the photos would not import or even show any sign of progress so I cancelled the import and removed my phone from the computer. Next I tried to just open my photos app and it displayed a small white box saying 'Closing the library..' it has been up for a couple of hours and it will not go away. I've tried getting help from others who have had the same problem but apparently theirs were solved easier than mine.
Free budget apps for computer. You can export photos so that you can import and work with them in other apps. You can also export a Live Photo as a still image. You can choose the size and format for the exported photos. Open Photos for me. In the Photos app on your Mac, select the item you want to export. Choose File Export Export number Photos. Plist files can become corrupt when a Mac shuts down or restarts unexpectedly or when an app freezes or crashes. As a result, the app may not open. When you delete a bad preference file, the Mac creates a new plist file that contains all the app's defaults automatically. You have to reconfigure the app's preferences afterward.
How do i download apps on my mac computer. I've tried to shut down my computer but it will not let me unless I close the photos app, I have tried force quitting the app by using the dock and the search bar, I even tried to use terminal, but nothing will help it, it is stuck.
Is there any hope for my photos in the app/the app itself? Or is it hopeless?
